Engineer Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Signify

Leads an ML engineering team building fraud detection models at scale, balancing hands-on technical work with mentoring and translating model performance into business outcomes.

Lead Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Signifyd, we help merchants confidently grow their businesses by building trusted relationships with their customers. Our advanced technology, combined with a team genuinely invested in our clients’ success, creates frictionless shopping experiences, approving more good orders, protecting revenue, and keeping customers happy.

Trusted by thousands of leading merchants across more than 100 countries, we securely process billions of transactions each year. Our people are the heart of everything we do, driving our mission forward with commitment, empathy, and creativity. Join us on our mission to empower confident, fraud-free commerce by helping online retailers provide superior customer experiences and eliminate fraud. Learn about our company values here!

Signifyd AI Lab (SAIL) builds the ML products behind Signifyd’s fraud and risk decisions. We improve the predictive performance of the models that decide e-commerce transactions at scale, we scale the ML capabilities of our Risk organization, and we push into the new markets and problem spaces that expand the market Signifyd can sell to.

Every space in this department is a mix of experimentation, code, and statistics.  We don’t create walls between the people who have the ideas and the people who build them. The team splits its time between near-term continuous model improvements and longer-horizon innovation bets to improve the company’s capabilities in 2027 and beyond.  These bets surface from the ground up in an environment where we believe those closest to the problems are best placed to understand how to solve them.

We’re hiring a manager to lead one of the teams in this department.

Who You Are

You are a hands-on Player-Coach who thrives in ambiguity—where the roadmap is a set of hypotheses, and the answer to “will this work?” is “we’ll know in three weeks.”

You bring:

Technical Credibility (The “Player”): You stay close enough to the work to have a grounded opinion. You read the code, inspect evaluation pipelines, and can immediately tell the difference between a statistical result that will hold up in production and one that just happened to look good on a single test window.

Leadership & Rigor (The “Coach”): You hold a high bar for evidence without becoming a bottleneck to experimentation. You mentor engineers to own their code quality, and you translate complex ML performance metrics into clear business outcomes for Risk leadership.

Executive Judgment: You know how to balance research bets against quarterly delivery, disagree and commit when decisions are made, and build an environment where well-documented negative experimental results are celebrated as real progress.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow the team

  • Guide career development, manage conflicts, and nurture a positive work environment.
  • Develop career plans with team members, provide guidance on skill development, and follow up on their evolution.
  • Engage in regular 1:1s, give constant feedback, and create a safe environment for open discussion — including the discussions that follow an experiment that didn’t work.
  • Set clear goals, mentor the team, and foster a collaborative environment across a geographically distributed organization.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and improvement, provide technical guidance, and support team members in both technical and soft skills.
  • Conduct technical and hiring-manager interviews, train the team on interviewing techniques, and help us keep raising the bar as we grow.
  • Identify and address gaps in team capabilities and processes to enhance team efficiency and success.

Run a portfolio of experiments, not a delivery queue

  • Partner with your tech leads, who own and drive the technical roadmap for their areas. Your job is not to be the sole source of ideas — it is to pressure-test them, sharpen them, make sure the strongest ones get resourced, and make sure the people generating them have the room and the support to do it. When you do bring an idea, you bring it as a peer in the technical conversation.
  • Make the calls the roadmap can’t make for you: which hypotheses get compute and headcount, which get another iteration, and which get a clear, documented “no.” A well-run negative result is a real outcome, and we treat it as one — but only if it’s declared, written down, and learned from.
  • Manage the trade-off between a committed improvement target you must hit this year and research bets that may not pay off for several quarters. You will re-cut that budget as evidence arrives, and you’ll be able to explain the reasoning to both your team and your stakeholders.
  • Bring rigor to how the team decides something worked. Offline results have to predict online behavior; a strong point estimate on a single evaluation window is a starting point, not a conclusion. You will be the person asking whether the improvement survives a rolling evaluation, whether it’s already captured by a change we shipped last month, and what would have to be true for it to be wrong.
  • Own delivery on a cadence. Independent experimental workstreams have to converge into a release candidate, get evaluated end to end, and ship — including the hard call to leave a workstream out of a release when it isn’t carrying its weight.

Set direction from data, in partnership with Risk

  • Work directly with our Risk partners as your primary stakeholders. Our commitments to them are explicit, measured, and written down; we deliver model performance, and they own thresholds, rules, and how decisions are applied to merchants.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy. Our direction comes from measured performance against those commitments and from what our own experiments tell us, not from a product backlog handed to the team. You are expected to know what your team should be working on and to defend it, rather than wait to be told.
  • Partner with our platform and infrastructure engineering teams on the feature systems, training pipelines, and experimentation tooling your team depends on — and be clear about where the boundary sits between what SAIL should own and what belongs to Engineering.
  • Represent your team’s results to a broad audience: engineering leadership, Risk leaders, and the wider company.

What You’ll Need

  • Roughly 5+ years in machine learning, data science, or ML-adjacent software engineering, including at least 3 years of people management — guiding career development, addressing conflicts, and building a healthy, high-performing team.
  • Genuine depth in at least one of engineering and applied statistics, and real working competence in the other. We are not hiring a manager of analysts, and we are not hiring a manager of a pure software team. Our engineers train production models that decide serious traffic, and we expect their manager to be able to engage with that work at a technical level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work under real uncertainty: setting a direction when the answer isn’t known yet, changing course when evidence says to, and communicating both without eroding your team’s confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Much of our decision-making happens in documents, and we expect managers to write well.
  • Autonomy in recognizing priorities and evaluating the impact of outcomes, and comfort working without close supervision in a fast-moving environment.
  • Commitment to quality. You take pride in work that excels in correctness, reproducibility, and reliability, and you set that standard for your team.

Operator Lead AI GTM Engineer - 100% Remote - Europe at Hostaway

Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered agents and workflows to automate marketing operations, integrates AI tools into the GTM tech stack, and measures business impact.

Lead Remote Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be within Europe to collaborate with their team, peers, and internal customers. You do not have to be in the specific country or city shown in this listing, but please only apply if you are physically based within Europe.

Trusted by 20,000+ property managers worldwide, Hostaway is an industry leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform designed for professional short-term rental operators. Hostaway brings everything together for greater efficiency and faster growth.

Profitable, high-growth, and the first short-term rental PMS unicorn 🦄. Join us at our most exciting stage yet! Learn more about our recent valuation and story here.

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a Lead AI GTM Engineer to build the systems, workflows, and AI-powered tools that make our global marketing team faster, smarter, and more effective.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of how modern marketing teams operate. You will work across Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to identify where AI can improve performance, reduce manual work, and increase the quality and speed of execution.

You will decide where to buy, build, or automate; design and deploy agents and workflows; integrate AI into our marketing technology stack; and measure whether those solutions improve marketing performance and ROI.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable mapping a complex GTM workflow, evaluating a new AI platform, building an agent, connecting systems through APIs, and explaining the business impact to senior marketing leaders.

Your mission

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, automations, and internal tools that solve real marketing problems.

    • For example, building a campaign builder that allows a marketer to input a brief, and the agentic workflow creates all of the assets, including versions and localizations, and connects to platforms like Meta/LinkedIn/Google to execute the ads in market.
  • Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating emerging AI and GTM platforms, testing their capabilities, and determining when to implement an existing solution versus build something custom.

  • Integrate AI agents and workflows with our marketing platforms, data sources, APIs, and internal systems.

    • For example, you can build an email automation workflow that connects to our platform to identify signals that would trigger an email cadence with all the branching logic, including writing the email, and connecting to HubSpot to deploy the email.
  • Establish AI evaluation and quality standards by testing accuracy, reliability, and output quality and continuously improving production workflows.

  • Optimize the economics of AI across token usage, API consumption, software costs, infrastructure, and human effort.

  • Stay ahead of emerging models, agent frameworks, platforms, and approaches, turning the most promising developments into practical advantages for Hostaway.

Requirements

  • Full-stack builder: Past engineering experience required, and you can independently design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, and multi-step workflows.

  • AI engineering expertise: Y ou have built AI agents and agentic workflows that have measurably improved team performance. This requires you to be comfortable working across models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and coding environments such as Claude Code or similar tools.

  • AI platform fluency: You have hands-on experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI and GTM platforms such as Qualified, Clay, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot Breeze, or similar tools, and you can quickly determine if they solve real-world business problems.

  • Platform integration expertise: You know how to connect systems. You have hands-on experience integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn and creating reliable data flows between them.

  • GTM fluency: You understand how modern B2B marketing works across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations, and how those teams work together across the buyer journey and funnel.

  • Strong economic judgment: You understand the cost of automation and can evaluate tradeoffs between human effort, purchased software, API consumption, infrastructure, and token usage to choose the most efficient solution.

  • Data acquisition expertise: You are comfortable using APIs, web scraping, and other methods to turn external data into structured inputs for marketing, competitive intelligence, targeting, and automation.

  • Able to navigate ambiguity: You can identify the highest-impact opportunities, make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly from idea to working solution without needing heavy process or a large team.

What we offer

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.

  • 100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just don’t ask to work in our office (we don’t have one).

  • Equity: Every role in our company comes with valuable stock options in a fast-growing and profitable company. This ensures we all share in the company’s success.

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Our Core Values are not just words we’ve written to make us feel good. We leverage them daily when making strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Professional Growth: Our rapid growth offers unparalleled learning and development opportunities, along with a multitude of career advancement opportunities.

  • Annual Paid Leave: The specific amounts vary by country and are aligned with country and/or contract-specific norms.

  • Geographic Specific Benefits: As an international employer, we offer different country-specific benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions in countries where these perks are customary. The specifics depend on the country of the applicant.

  • Dynamic Team Culture: As a global company with team members in over 40 countries, our diverse and international culture fuels our innovation and creativity, providing a key pillar to our success (and making it a lot of fun to work here).

Thank you for your interest. If you apply for this role, you will receive an email from our Talent Acquisition team after your application has been reviewed alongside the qualifications for this role and the qualifications of others who have applied.

Operations Head of Fund Operations – Credit Fund at Xsolla

Designs and runs the operational infrastructure for a private credit fund, managing fund formation, LP onboarding, capital calls, valuation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Lead Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Xsolla is seeking a Head of Fund Operations to stand up and run the operating machinery of the Xsolla Credit Fund. You have taken a private fund from formation through first close before, and you know the full stack: structure and LPA work with counsel, service-provider selection, LP onboarding, capital calls, valuation policy, reporting, and audit readiness.

This is a builder’s mandate. You will design the fund’s operating playbook, run it, and document it so the fund operates to institutional standards from day one — and mentor the junior operations hires who join as the fund scales.

The role reports directly to Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer and Head of the Xsolla Credit Fund.

ABOUT US

Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.

Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla’s own payments telemetry across thousands of games. The fund is in its capital formation phase and is led by Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help raise a first-time fund inside a profitable, global gaming-commerce company, alongside the broader Xsolla capital markets ecosystem (Xsolla Funding Club, Xsolla SPAC 1 — Nasdaq: XSLLU, and other strategic vehicles).

For more information, visit xsolla.com.

Responsibilities

Fund Formation and Structuring

  • Drive fund formation with external fund counsel: vehicle and jurisdiction selection, LPA and side letters, GP and management company setup, and the regulatory perimeter.
  • Own the LPA from the operator’s seat: terms, economics, and governance mechanics — and translate them into operational reality once signed.

Service Provider Stack

  • Select and manage the provider stack: fund administrator, auditor, tax advisors, banking/custody, and compliance vendors — and manage them to institutional standards.
  • Own provider economics: negotiate scopes and fees; keep the fund’s operating cost model lean and LP-defensible.

Fund Operations

  • Run the core machinery: capital calls and distributions, LP onboarding and KYC/AML, expense management, and cash movement controls.
  • Own valuation and NAV: valuation policy, NAV oversight with the administrator, and credit-fund specifics such as borrowing-base mechanics and leverage facility administration.

LP Reporting and Diligence Readiness

  • Build the reporting stack: quarterly reporting (ILPA-aligned), capital account statements, and LP communications infrastructure.
  • Keep the fund diligence-ready: DDQ responses, operational due-diligence readiness, and the operations sections of the data room — before LPs ask.

Compliance and Governance

  • Establish the policy framework: valuation, allocation, conflicts, and ESG/AML policies; regulatory filings with counsel; audit coordination.
  • Design for scrutiny: so every process has a documented owner, control, and audit trail that stands up to institutional operational due diligence.

Operating Playbook and Team Building

  • Codify the fund’s operating playbook: documented processes, controls, and owners for every core workflow — built for operational due diligence from day one.
  • Scale the function: as the fund scales, build out and mentor the junior operations team (controller, fund accountants) and integrate with Xsolla’s finance and legal teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years in fund operations, fund CFO, or fund controllership roles at private credit or other private capital funds.
  • You have taken at least one private fund from formation through first close — this is the core requirement. You know what breaks, in what order, and how to prevent it.
  • Deep working knowledge of LPA terms, fund administration, capital call mechanics, and ILPA reporting standards.
  • Credit-fund specifics — leverage facilities, borrowing bases, loan administration, asset-level reporting — are a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Hands-on operator: comfortable being the entire operations function on day one, with providers as your leverage.
  • Rigorous documentation and controls discipline; you build processes that pass operational due diligence, not just processes that work.
  • Strong commercial judgment on provider selection, fee negotiation, and build-vs-outsource decisions.
  • Clear communicator who can explain fund mechanics to non-fund people — including investors, borrowers, and Xsolla leadership.

Education and Credentials

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA, a CFA charter, or an MBA is preferred.

Benefits

We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

Finance Head of Underwriting – Credit Fund at Xsolla

Head of Underwriting designs credit policy and underwriting frameworks for a private credit fund, leads facility structuring, and mentors junior credit analysts.

Lead Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Xsolla is seeking a Head of Underwriting to serve as the fund’s senior credit authority alongside the Chief Credit Officer. You will design the underwriting framework from a clean sheet, lead the underwriting and structuring of the fund’s first facilities, and stand in front of LPs as living proof that the fund underwrites to institutional standards.

This is a builder’s mandate. You will codify how this fund underwrites — the credit playbook, standards, templates, and documentation that make the process repeatable and defensible — and, as the team grows, mentor the junior credit hires who operate it.

The role reports directly to Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer and Head of the Xsolla Credit Fund, and sits on the fund’s credit committee.

For more information, visit xsolla.com.

Responsibilities

Underwriting Framework and Credit Policy

  • Design the fund’s underwriting framework from scratch: credit policy, underwriting standards, rating and scoring methodology, credit memo templates, and approval workflows — built for LP diligence from day one.
  • Build the data edge into the process: integrate Xsolla’s payments telemetry and game-revenue data into underwriting as a durable information advantage.

Deal Underwriting and Structuring

  • Lead the underwriting of lending facilities to game studios and gaming businesses: financial analysis, revenue durability, downside cases, and recovery analysis.
  • Structure facilities: term loans, revolvers, royalty- and revenue-based structures — including covenants, collateral packages, borrowing bases, and pricing.
  • Draft and negotiate term sheets and credit documentation with borrowers alongside external counsel.

Credit Committee and Governance

  • Stand up and run the credit committee process: present transactions, document decisions, and maintain an audit trail that stands up to LP and auditor scrutiny.
  • Establish portfolio monitoring: watchlist discipline, covenant tracking, and a workout playbook as the portfolio builds.

LP Diligence and Fundraising Support

  • Be the credit face of the fund: appear in fund materials and LP meetings as the fund’s credit authority; own underwriting answers in LP due diligence.
  • Support capital formation: help shape the fund’s risk-return narrative, portfolio construction guidelines, and track-record presentation.

Credit Playbook and Team Building

  • Codify the credit playbook: standards, templates, and documentation that make the fund’s underwriting repeatable and audit-ready.
  • Build the bench: as the fund scales, hire and mentor the junior credit team — analysts, associates, and in time a portfolio/risk officer.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years in private credit, direct lending, specialty finance, or leveraged finance, with personal responsibility for underwriting and closing institutional credit transactions.
  • Experience at an early-stage or first-time credit fund — credit policy written from scratch, LPA input, first LP diligence — is strongly preferred. You have seen what a fund needs before it has infrastructure.
  • Lending against media, IP, royalties, recurring digital revenue, or gaming businesses is a strong plus.
  • A track record you can walk LPs through: deals underwritten, structures used, and how they performed — including the ones that went wrong and what you did about it.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep fluency in credit analysis, financial modeling, covenant design, collateral structures, and credit documentation.
  • The gravitas to sit across from LPs, investment committees, and founders — and the judgment to say no to a deal.
  • Enjoys mentoring junior team members and building a strong credit culture as the team grows.
  • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team where you build the machine you then operate.

Education and Credentials

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA and/or a CFA charter is preferred.

Benefits

We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. Sales Head of Investor Relations – Credit Fund at Xsolla

Leads capital raising for a credit fund by cultivating and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and LP decision-makers.

Lead Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Xsolla is seeking a Head of Investor Relations for the Xsolla Credit Fund, whose primary mandate is LP capital raising. While Xsolla’s Capital Markets team covers investor relations across all of the company’s strategic vehicles, this role is dedicated to the credit fund. Over time the role will also support fundraising for other Xsolla investment products, but the credit fund remains the primary focus. This is a relationship-led role. We are looking for someone who brings an established network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions — and who can open doors, engage principals, and personally steward investors from first conversation through diligence to commitment.

Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios and gaming businesses, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla’s own payments telemetry across thousands of games.

LP Relationships and Origination

  • Bring and grow the network: activate your existing LP relationships and originate new ones across family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions.
  • Engage principals: represent the fund credibly with decision-makers and investment committees, and match opportunities to each investor’s mandate and ticket size.
  • Source and qualify the wider funnel: from conferences, investor databases, introductions, Xsolla contacts, and external research — qualified and prioritized by mandate fit.
  • Steward each relationship through diligence, negotiation, and commitment — and after the close, as the foundation of the fund’s long-term LP base.

Follow-Through and Pipeline Discipline

  • Drive follow-through from first contact to meeting, diligence, soft interest, and closed commitment — no lead goes stale.
  • Prepare and send investor outreach and follow-ups; capture meeting notes, next steps, and commitment tracking after every interaction.
  • Maintain clean CRM reporting: pipeline status, activity, outcomes, blockers, priorities, and weekly progress — so leadership always knows conversion rates, stage aging, and next actions per LP.
  • Provide regular internal fund progress reporting to Xsolla leadership via Slack and other internal tools. A junior IR hire will take on pipeline operations as the raise scales.

Fundraising Materials and Messaging

  • Support and continuously improve investor materials: pitch deck, FAQs, data room, and meeting-specific talking points.
  • Refine LP messaging, fund thesis, objection handling, and investor segmentation based on live market feedback.
  • Write concise, institutional-quality investor emails, follow-ups, and presentation language.

Diligence and Fund Setup Support

  • Coordinate LP diligence requests across internal Xsolla teams, external advisors, legal, finance, and leadership.
  • Support fund setup workstreams: data room preparation and upkeep, reporting readiness, and document management.
  • Collect and synthesize investor feedback on fund terms, structure, risk-return profile, reporting, and allocation preferences to inform fund design.

Cross-Product Fundraising Support

  • As capacity allows, extend the same funnel discipline and materials support to other Xsolla investment products and strategic vehicles, in coordination with the Capital Markets team.

Qualifications and Skills

frameworks, and guide multi-team execution.

At this level, you act as an organization-wide technical leader. You set technical direction across practices,

orchestrate cross-team discovery, keep designs aligned across multiple teams, and turn successful

patterns into reusable models. You promote strong engineering, automation, and AI-assisted practices,

mentor Senior Architects and Delivery Architects, and help build an inclusive, continuously improving

engineering culture while supporting clear investment and modernization decisions for 3Cloud and our

clients.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs and portfolios so solutions meet

client goals for value, security, scalability, reliability, performance, and cost.

• Define modernization blueprints and reference architectures across applications, platforms, and data,

including system and subsystem designs, patterns, and standards that simplify delivery and

operations over time.

• Translate business and product strategy into cloud architecture roadmaps and execution plans that

drive measurable outcomes and adapt based on production feedback and telemetry.

• Guide major architecture decisions across programs, promote shared design standards and reusable

models, and resolve high-impact technical trade-offs.

• Work across teams to connect solutions into cohesive end-to-end architectures with clear ownership

boundaries and integration contracts.

• Provide architectural oversight during delivery through design reviews, forums, and governance,

keeping cross-cutting concerns (security, performance, resilience, availability, compliance,

observability, and cost) aligned across teams.

• Promote modular design, clear boundaries, testability, CI/CD, and observability so non-functional

requirements are treated as first-class and systems remain reliable and maintainable.

• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, code, tests, documentation, and analysis, and scale

successful practices so teams adopt them consistently.

Delivery and Consulting Excellence

• Lead or co-lead executive and senior stakeholder conversations on cloud modernization, platform

strategy, AI adoption, and program roadmaps.

• Use structured problem solving to clarify scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, and shape

delivery plans that balance value, cost, speed, and long-term system health.

• Set discovery strategy so program objectives flow into a clear, traceable backlog tied to architecture

and business outcomes.

• Explain complex architecture and modernization strategies in clear language for executives, business

leaders, and technical teams, including options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

• Build trusted relationships with technology and business leaders, influencing priorities and investment

decisions in ways that help mature their engineering and architecture practices.

• Run structured decision-making forums (such as architecture reviews or steering committees) that

produce clear decisions, documented rationale, and actionable next steps.

• Define architecture, discovery, and delivery frameworks and working agreements that support

predictable, incremental delivery across multiple teams and time zones, including cadences, artifacts,

escalation paths, and hybrid delivery guidelines.

• Align teams on shared outcomes, APIs, integration contracts, and operating models, ensuring crossteam dependencies are identified early, owned, and tracked through to completion.

• Support effective use of Agile methods at program scale so architecture, backlogs, and release plans

support meaningful increments, stable team velocity, low defect escape, clear definitions of done, and

course corrections based on telemetry and feedback.

• Track risks, technical debt, quality trends, and architectural drift across teams, and recommend

adjustments that keep programs on track while balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term

system health.

• Support cross-practice opportunity qualification and estimating using playbooks, benchmarks, and

templates so the organization focuses on high-fit pursuits and improves proposal quality and

confidence in value, risk, and margin.

Mentorship and Team Development

• Mentor Senior Architects, Delivery Architects, and senior engineers, helping them grow systems

thinking, architectural judgment, cross-team awareness, and their ability to lead multi-team initiatives.

• Provide architectural oversight across programs, modeling pragmatic decision-making, including

when to keep solutions simple, when to standardize, when to extend patterns, and when to introduce

new technologies.

• Help shape career paths and development plans for architects by clarifying expectations for operating

at program scale and providing concrete examples of what “good” looks like.

• Create and maintain high-leverage learning assets—such as reference implementations, architecture

decision records, playbooks, and mentoring guides—that accelerate onboarding and skill growth.

• Support hiring, calibration, and talent development by defining interview standards, participating in

senior-level interviews and promotion reviews, and training others to apply those standards

consistently.

• Set a high bar for executive-ready communication and storytelling, and coach others so their

narratives support clear decisions and strengthen client trust.

improvement within and across teams, and support new ways of working that endure beyond a single

opportunities to provide strategic value.

Solution Lead.

projects and/or programs.

• Lead the creation of solution options, program-level architectures, and estimates, clearly documenting

assumptions, dependencies, and risks and explaining how proposed approaches drive business

value and reduce risk.

• Operate as a senior technical advisor whose guidance shapes multi-track initiatives and supports

long-term account growth.

• Identify follow-on and adjacent opportunities—such as platform extensions, additional modernization

waves, AI-enabled capabilities, or data estate modernization—that align with client strategies and

3Cloud’s strengths.

• Define and evolve reusable assets—such as reference architectures, modernization playbooks,

landing zone templates, workshops, accelerators, and starter repositories—that become standard

patterns for delivery teams and reduce cycle time and rework while honoring architectural and nonfunctional requirements.

• Champion adoption of modern frameworks, cloud platform capabilities, automation practices, and AIassisted tools in a responsible and secure way, using pilots and experiments with clear success

criteria to turn innovation into stable, repeatable practice.

• Contribute to internal cross-practice initiatives that share patterns and lessons from large programs

and reinforce our credibility with clients and partners.

• Shape enablement programs that grow capabilities and reusable assets across accounts and

package applied innovation into offerings and assets used in delivery and pursuits.

• 12+ years of experience delivering solutions in a primary domain such as application development,

cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics, including significant work at enterprise

scale.

Sales Regional Sales Director, APAC (Hybrid) at Telnyx

Regional Sales Director leads APAC sales team, manages P&L, coaches account executives, and builds outbound pipeline across Asia-Pacific markets.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Telnyx

Telnyx is an industry leader that’s not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we’re building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network , to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we’re shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications.

We’re driven by a desire to transform and modernize what’s antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we’re proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We’re currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

As we continue to expand across the Asia-Pacific region, we’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our APAC sales organization. You’ll take the foundation we’ve built in ANZ and scale it into Singapore and broader APAC—building an outbound-first culture in a region where inbound doesn’t exist, coaching early-stage AEs into quota-carrying killers, and navigating the most diverse sales territory on the planet.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll be as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in deals as you are leading a team toward aggressive growth goals. You’ll own the full P&L of the region—bookings, pipeline coverage, team productivity, and ramp—and serve as Telnyx’s evangelist across APAC markets.

This is a build, not a manage. Expect to be hands-on for the first 12 months.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inherit, assess, and develop a team of 4 AEs and 4 BDRs based in Sydney, scaling to 8 AEs by 2027
  • Run regular deal clinics, call reviews, and role-plays—coach from the call recording, not the dashboard
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor AEs and BDRs in the APAC market; build a pipeline of candidates before reqs open

Outbound Pipeline Engine

  • Build a prospecting engine that generates predictable pipeline across ANZ, Singapore, Japan, and broader APAC
  • Structure BDR→AE handoffs with measurable conversion targets (60%+ SQO-to-Stage-1)
  • Achieve and maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage—not by inflating pipeline, but by building it
  • Develop market-specific prospecting playbooks (ANZ, Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia)

Multi-Country APAC Strategy

  • Segment APAC into Tier 1 (ANZ, Singapore—active selling), Tier 2 (Japan, Hong Kong—relationship building), and Tier 3 (India, Southeast Asia—future investment)
  • Navigate distinct buying cultures: direct ANZ, relationship-first Japan, price-sensitive Southeast Asia, volume-driven India
  • Understand competitive landscapes per market (Twilio in ANZ/Singapore, NTT/KDDI in Japan, Singtel in Singapore, Tata in India) and adjust the pitch accordingly

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own and execute strategies to acquire new logos across mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Equip the team to sell across Telnyx’s full product ecosystem—voice, messaging, networking, storage, and AI-powered communications
  • Champion Telnyx’s AI-powered offerings (Voice AI, real-time transcription, LLM inference) as part of comprehensive deals
  • Build and leverage partner/channel relationships in markets where partners are the primary route to market (Japan, Southeast Asia)

Forecasting & Revenue Discipline

  • Deliver accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting via Salesforce, with strong focus on opportunity hygiene and conversion metrics
  • Enforce MEDDPICC discipline—inspect evidence at each stage, not just check the box
  • Maintain forecast accuracy within 10–15% across consecutive quarters
  • Run a weekly pipeline review that’s 30 minutes, not 2 hours

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and BDR teams to create an integrated revenue engine
  • Advocate for APAC resources, product investment, and market-specific needs with HQ
  • Push back on HQ priorities when APAC reality demands it, in a way that builds trust

Field Evangelism & Market Presence

  • Act as a Telnyx evangelist across APAC—at regional conferences, industry events, customer sessions, and partner ecosystems
  • Build inbound gravity through presence: keynotes, partner co-marketing webinars, customer advisory dinners
  • Run internal enablement sessions ensuring every AE can sell across the full product portfolio with equal fluency

Rapid Domain Mastery

  • Get on top of Telnyx’s product portfolio and market constraints fast—understand SIP trunking, TeXML vs. Call Control, USD pricing implications, and what Telnyx can and can’t do in each APAC market
  • Layer in process during natural cadences, not as a multi-week reorg that pulls reps off the phones
  • Build revenue strategy around reality, not assumptions from a previous company

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 8+ years in B2B technology sales, with 4+ years in a team leadership role
  • Has managed a team of 4+ quota-carrying AEs (not just BDRs/SDRs)
  • Multi-country APAC experience—has sold or led teams across at least 3 APAC markets with distinct buying cultures
  • Currently based in Sydney, or willing to relocate (this is an in-office role 3–4 days/week with the team—not remote, not Singapore-based)
  • Has built an outbound pipeline engine from scratch—didn’t inherit a brand that generates inbound
  • Has implemented and enforced a structured qualification framework (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or similar) across a team
  • Forecast accuracy within 15% for multiple consecutive quarters
  • Has hired 5+ AEs/BDRs in the APAC market and can discuss the local talent landscape
  • Has operated lean—led teams through real constraints (thin SE coverage, time zone isolation from HQ, limited budget) and found creative solutions instead of using them as excuses
  • Professional fluency in English

Preferred:

  • Experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, telecom, cloud infrastructure, or developer-platform products
  • Has scaled a sales team from <6 to 8+ reps and knows what breaks when you double a team
  • Partner/channel experience in APAC markets
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Slack, Openclaw, Hermes Agent
  • Experience with AI-powered communications technologies (Voice AI, real-time transcription, LLM inference)

What We’re Not Looking For

  • A strategy-only leader who doesn’t coach deals—this team needs hands-on coaching, not another deck
  • Someone who’s only succeeded in one APAC country—APAC is too diverse for single-market experience
  • A big-company leader who needs a full bench (marketing team, SE team, RevOps, enablement)—Telnyx APAC is lean
  • Someone who treats “APAC is different” as an excuse—it is different, but great leaders adapt and execute, not hide behind it
  • A first-time manager learning on the job—the team needs an experienced coach now
  • A leader who can’t operate without frequent HQ access—APAC requires independent decision-making
  • The process-first director who spends weeks writing playbooks while the team stops closing deals—process should enable selling, not pause it

What this role involves

Senior Manager, Benefit Verification & Authorization Operations

About the Role

The Senior Manager of BVA will play a critical role in building and scaling BVA into a fully operational, high-performing service. In partnership with leadership, this person will help shape how the business operates and build the processes, structure, and operating model needed to support continued growth.

This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys building. BVA is continuing to evolve, and this leader will be responsible for taking areas that may be manual, inconsistent, or still developing and creating clear, repeatable ways of working. They will look across the operation to understand what is working, where we are creating unnecessary complexity, and what needs to change to support the next stage of the business.

The Senior Manager will work closely with Managers and Team Leads to ensure the day-to-day operation is performing while also staying focused on longer-term improvements. They will build the systems and expectations that allow leaders to effectively manage performance, quality, capacity, and customer needs.

A significant part of this role will be partnering with our AI Engineering team. The Senior Manager will bring a strong understanding of BVA operations into that partnership—identifying opportunities to automate work, improve workflows, and develop tools that make the team more effective and allow the service to scale.

This person will also help define what a strong BVA customer experience looks like. They will build a consistent approach to onboarding new customers, strengthen ongoing customer partnerships, and ensure what we learn from customers is incorporated into how the service evolves.

What You’ll Do

Build and Scale the BVA Operation

  • Partner with leadership to build and scale the BVA service, translating business priorities into operational plans and execution.

  • Develop the processes, workflows, SOPs, ownership models, handoffs, and operating rhythms needed to create a consistent and scalable operation.

  • Evaluate how work is being completed today and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes.

  • Build processes with future growth in mind, ensuring solutions can scale as customer volume, team size, and service complexity increase.

  • Create clear ownership and accountability across the operation so teams understand who owns what, how work moves between teams, and when issues need to be escalated.

  • Identify operational risks and recurring pain points and solve root causes rather than relying on ongoing manual intervention.

  • Develop mechanisms to ensure new processes are successfully implemented, adopted, and maintained.

  • Continuously evaluate the operating model and adjust as the BVA service and customer needs evolve.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Establish clear expectations and measures for quality, productivity, service levels, capacity, and overall operational performance.

  • Build reporting and operating cadences that give leadership visibility into how the business is performing and where support or intervention is needed.

  • Use operational data to identify trends, understand root causes, prioritize improvements, and measure impact.

  • Partner with Managers and Team Leads to identify performance gaps and create sustainable solutions.

  • Develop quality assurance and process controls that create consistency while allowing the operation to move efficiently.

  • Improve how the team plans for volume and capacity so staffing and resources align with customer needs.

  • Create feedback loops between frontline team members, leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how BVA operates.

  • Ensure operational changes are supported by clear documentation, training, and expectations.

Partner with AI Engineering

  • Build a strong working partnership with the AI Engineering team and serve as a key operational partner in the development of tools and automation for BVA.

  • Develop a deep understanding of where the team spends time today and identify high-impact opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflows through AI and automation.

  • Translate operational problems into clear use cases and requirements for technical partners.

  • Bring frontline and customer context into solution development to ensure tools solve the intended problem and work within BVA operations.

  • Partner on testing and piloting new capabilities before broader implementation.

  • Lead the operational implementation of new tools and workflows, including process changes, documentation, training, adoption, and feedback.

  • Monitor how new solutions are performing and partner with AI Engineering and BVA leaders on continued improvement.

  • Help measure the impact of AI and automation on efficiency, capacity, quality, and customer experience.

Build the Customer Experience

  • Help define and build the BVA customer experience from initial onboarding through ongoing service delivery.

  • Develop a structured and repeatable onboarding process that creates clear expectations, captures the information the team needs, and sets both the customer and BVA team up for success.

  • Identify common onboarding challenges and build processes that make implementations more efficient and consistent.

  • Establish clear ownership and handoffs throughout the customer journey.

  • Build strong ongoing partnership practices with customers, including communication expectations, performance discussions, feedback, and escalation processes.

  • Develop mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and ensure that feedback translates into meaningful improvements to the service.

  • Look across customers to identify common needs, challenges, and opportunities that should influence how BVA evolves.

  • Ensure customers experience BVA as a consistent and reliable partner as the service continues to grow.

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Lead and develop BVA Managers and other leaders, creating clear expectations around ownership, performance, and leadership.

  • Coach leaders to move beyond day-to-day issue resolution and develop stronger problem-solving and operational management skills.

  • Ensure Managers and Team Leads have the tools, processes, and information needed to effectively run their teams.

  • Create accountability for operational performance while providing leaders with the support needed to address challenges.

  • Develop a strong leadership bench and identify opportunities for continued growth and development across the team.

  • Create an environment where leaders and frontline team members are encouraged to identify problems, challenge inefficient processes, and contribute ideas for improvement.

  • Partner with leadership on organizational needs as the business grows, including team structure, leadership capacity, and evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • Help connect the day-to-day work of the team to the broader goals and direction of BVA.

Partner Across the Business

  • Serve as a strong cross-functional partner and represent BVA operational needs across the organization.

  • Bring together the right partners to solve problems that cross team or functional boundaries.

  • Communicate operational challenges, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and understand the operational requirements needed to support them.

  • Ensure changes across the organization are thoughtfully incorporated into BVA processes and communicated to the team.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, revenue cycle management, customer operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience leading people leaders, including Managers and/or Team Leads.

  • Demonstrated experience building, standardizing, and improving operational processes in a growing or changing environment.

  • Experience managing complex operations using performance metrics, quality measures, and operational data to drive decisions.

  • Proven ability to identify operational gaps, determine root causes, and implement scalable solutions.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with teams outside of your direct organization.

  • Experience building or improving customer onboarding, implementation, or ongoing service-delivery processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across frontline teams, leadership, customers, and technical partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive work from problem identification through implementation.

Design Design Systems, Product Designer at Gusto

Design and maintain a design system (Workbench) with expertise in components, tokens, and AI-assisted workflows for internal builders at Gusto.

Lead Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Gusto

At Gusto, we’re on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a AI-native Design Systems Designer to join Gusto’s Builder Enablement team — the team responsible for Workbench, Gusto’s internal design system, and for how every designer and engineer at Gusto ships high-quality work with AI assistance.

This role sits at an exciting and genuinely new intersection: deep design systems craft combined with fluency in AI-assisted workflows. You’ll help evolve and maintain Workbench at a pivotal moment — we’re mid-Brand Refresh, actively building AI tooling to improve how builders interact with the system, and expanding how the design system serves LLMs and AI-assisted products as much as it serves human designers. The ideal candidate is a rigorous systems thinker with strong component and token expertise who is excited about using AI tools as a core part of how they work, not just an add-on. We use Figma as a helper tool, but our deliverables are code. The level of this role is similar to/equivalent of a Senior Staff-level.

About the Team:

The Builder Enablement team’s mission is to make high-quality, AI-assisted shipping the default for every builder at Gusto. We own Workbench, Gusto’s design system, but we also own how it gets expressed to AI tools and builders. Our work spans component design and documentation, token architecture, AI tooling (including MCP servers, prompt engineering, and eval systems), and supporting the broader design and engineering org in using the system well.

We’re a small, tight-knit team of designers and engineers embedded within Gusto’s design organization, led by our CDO, Amy Thibodeau. We care deeply about craft, systems thinking, and making complex things feel simple for the people who depend on us.

Product Design at Gusto is made up of over 70 creative, collaborative people who care deeply about our mission to empower small businesses and their employees. We’re a cross-functional bunch focused on Design, Research, Writing, Ops and Front-end Development who are always looking for opportunities to build understanding and empathy for the people who use Gusto. We don’t care a whole lot about swim lanes and we work closely with our partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to design, build and ship experiences that make a difference. We are passionate advocates for thoughtful, crafted, and inclusive experiences and we believe great design can make hard things possible, even delightful. Read more about Design at Gusto.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Design and maintain Workbench components and patterns, including complex components with variables, variants, and tokenized styles
  • Own and evolve semantic and functional token architecture as we execute the Brand Refresh and move toward theming
  • Work closely with our engineering team to ensure component consistency including coded implementations — pairing on design decisions, reviewing implementations, contributing to technical plans, and committing your own PRs.
  • Contribute to AI tooling that helps designers and engineers use Workbench correctly — including structured documentation, storybook examples, and content that makes the system legible to LLMs
  • Support product designers and engineers through Office Hours, Slack, and async review
  • Document and publish design decisions, usage guidance, and component rationale
  • Participate in systemic decisions about component architecture, naming conventions, and migration strategy — especially in the context of the ongoing Brand Refresh

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Design Systems Experience: 4 + years working on a product design systems team through the full lifecycle — design, implementation, documentation, and adoption. Experience with token architecture and component API design is required.
  • Product Design Experience: 7+ years experience working on a product design team
  • AI Fluency: Genuine experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as a meaningful part of your workflow — not just experimentally. Comfort directing AI assistance, evaluating its output, and knowing where human judgment is required.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to pair effectively with engineering, understand technical plans and constraints, and contribute meaningfully to implementation decisions and code repos
  • Accessibility Minded: A solid understanding of WCAG AA guidelines and how accessibility considerations shape component and token decisions.
  • Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of AI design tools and Figma, including complex component construction, variable and token usage, prototyping, and basic Github process.
  • Design Integrity: High degree of design craft and polish, with a strong point of view about what good looks like in a design system.
  • Communication: Documentation expertise and the ability to educate and align peers across disciplines. Demonstrated ability to advocate for systemic consistency while remaining collaborative and service-minded.
  • Additional Experience: Experience with LLM-readable documentation, MCP servers, or AI-assisted design tooling.

Our cash compensation range for this role is $147,000/yr to $215,000/yr in Denver, and $178,000/yr to $253,000/yr in San Francisco and New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto’s subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.

Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer.

Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to Gusto’s Applicant Privacy Notice.

Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered agents and workflows to automate marketing operations and GTM processes across the marketing technology stack.

Sales Head of Investor Relations – Credit Fund at Xsolla

Build and manage LP relationships, originate capital commitments, and steward investors through diligence for a private credit fund focused on gaming businesses.

Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios and gaming businesses, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla’s own payments telemetry across thousands of games.

Experience

  • 7+ years in investor relations, placement, private funds, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, private equity, family office, or institutional fundraising.
  • An established, referenceable network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, or institutions — that you can activate for a first-time fund. This is the core requirement for the role.
  • A track record of raising institutional capital, with a strong understanding of LP fundraising mechanics: fund materials, diligence processes, investor segmentation, and the private fund lifecycle.
  • Direct exposure to private credit or first-time fund raises is a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent business English; able to write concise investor emails, follow-ups, FAQs, and presentation language without supervision.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets, CRM, tracking, reporting, and project management discipline.
  • Commercial, structured, responsive, and able to manage many parallel investor conversations without dropping threads.
  • The gravitas and credibility to engage principals, investment committees, and senior allocators as a peer.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive fund and investor information.
  • Interest in gaming, fintech, private credit, alternative investments, or digital platforms preferred.

Education and Credentials

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • CFA / CAIA or relevant securities licenses are viewed favorably but not required.

Sales Regional Sales Director, APAC (Hybrid) at Telnyx

Regional Sales Director leads APAC sales team, builds outbound pipeline, coaches account executives toward quota, and owns full P&L across Asia-Pacific markets.

We’ve spent nearly a decade training the next generation of technical talent, and we just launched a $150M initiative with Anthropic, building one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world.

We’re now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.

We believe technical skill is the fastest way to turn raw talent into real opportunity. We train the engineers the AI era runs on, building toward millions of learners, hundreds of millions in revenue, and billions in economic impact. If you want to own something and be part of a 0-to-1 journey at an organization moving at the speed of AI, this is the place to build it.

About the Role

Location: Remote, United States, Europe, Canada or LATAM

Role-Type: Full-Time

Reports To: VP of Engineering

Compensation: $170,000 to $190,000 per year for US based applicants. Adjusted contingent on location for applicants based in Canada, LATAM, and Europe.

CodePath’s educational programs run on our sophisticated learning platform, a set of Ruby-based applications with functionality spanning admissions, course delivery, grading, career coaching, and reporting.

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can lead at multiple levels at once: the architecture, the product direction, the team’s capacity, and the longer arc of where we’re going. You’ll move fluidly across the full technical stack, from infrastructure decisions to greenfield product work.

This is a high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand what students and staff actually need, participate in deciding what gets built, and then lead the execution. You won’t be handed a ticket queue. You’ll shape the work.

The ideal candidate for this role is a web engineer inspired by potential projects like these:

  • Building brand-new functionality in Rails and beyond to create sophisticated and powerful new tools for our users and extend our reach to new kinds of learners we’ve never been able to serve before

  • Reimagining core platform components as we migrate them from Sinatra to Rails

  • Integrating AI/ML technology into our platform to support mastery-driven, adaptive learning

  • Scaling a system that has helped tens of thousands of students to help hundreds of thousands more

Key Activities

  • Architect and build web applications across Ruby on Rails, Sinatra/Padrino, and Django that directly support our mission

  • Make consequential technical decisions on infrastructure, data modeling, API design, and emerging technologies with full ownership of the tradeoffs

  • Set the code quality bar through reviews, architectural guidance, and constructive feedback

  • Write automated tests that reflect real edge cases, not just coverage targets

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and systemic issues before they become outages

  • Mentor other engineers and raise the technical ceiling of the team

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years with Ruby on Rails

  • Familiarity with Claude Code or similar development tools and related best practices

  • A systems-thinking orientation: you consider scalability, maintainability, and failure modes before writing a line of code

  • Strong PostgreSQL and database design skills, including experience with complex queries, indexing strategies, and schema evolution

  • Reasonable working familiarity with the full web stack, from infrastructure to CSS

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions in a small, autonomous team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a non-engineer without losing what actually matters

  • Passion for education and desire to make a positive impact

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with higher education or edtech

  • Direct experience working with LLMs and generative AI in production

  • Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, and/or Terraform

  • Experience deploying on GCP

Full-Time Employee Benefits:

This is a 100% remote position! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program

  • Financial Security: 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 – Jan 2)

  • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support

  • Student Loan Forgiveness: CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt

  • Additional Perks: Pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings

Pay range

$170,000—$190,000 USD
