Builds and scales Base44's creator marketing program by identifying, partnering with, and managing influencers across social platforms to drive product growth and brand awareness.
Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we’re building.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem. Someone who understands internet culture, knows the right creators before everyone else does, has strong instincts for what resonates, and naturally knows how to connect products with the voices people genuinely trust.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

We want to build a creator engine around Base44, and we need someone who knows how to bring together the right people, build authentic relationships at scale, and turn creator partnerships into one of our strongest growth channels.
You should genuinely be part of this world. You know what is trending, who people pay attention to, what feels authentic, and how to identify creators that can make technical products feel exciting and accessible.
At the same time, you know how to build structure around it, creating a program that scales, learning fast from what works, and building something much bigger than one-off campaigns.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Manages a server engineering team building payment and member lifecycle systems, mentors engineers, and partners with product and design to deliver scalable features.
In a world where many social apps measure their success by time spent online, Raya is a technology company focused on providing utility. Our iOS only app is a tool for discovery of and access to exciting people, events, opportunities, and recommendations globally. We believe that by marrying great software with a membership based community built around core values of trust, creativity, and reciprocity, we can provide solutions that have heretofore been impossible.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Member Experience server team. Member Experience owns the full member lifecycle - from a prospective member’s first application through onboarding, payments, and renewal month after month. That surface spans application and acceptance, authentication and login, onboarding, subscriptions and in-app purchases including Raya+, reactivation and referrals, and member communications. These are net-new payment systems built for scale rather than legacy systems in maintenance, with high ownership and direct revenue impact.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing software development teams, with deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, and should be familiar with cloud architectures, services, deployment models, and distributed systems. We value strong project management skills and the ability to deliver on commitments. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, product managers, designers, and data team stakeholders to deliver business impact.
We offer comprehensive medical and dental coverage, $50 a day food delivery budget, equity based employment, a great culture, learning opportunities, unlimited vacation, 12 weeks paid parental leave, and we pay all employees $1,000 a year to go somewhere in the world that they’ve never been because of our values of human connection, empathy, and curiosity.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience.
2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
Deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, with familiarity across cloud architecture, services, deployment models, and distributed systems. Our stack includes MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions, and production experience with Stripe payments and subscriptions for a B2C product.
Experience serving within and administering an operational excellence program: production readiness, observability, on call.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through launch, balancing speed and quality, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver business impact.
Experience sourcing, screening, hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers, with strong communication and leadership skills.
An AI-forward mindset, with curiosity about applying emerging technologies to improve developer and product experiences.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. About Us
Fieldguide is the agentic AI-native platform for audit and advisory. We’re establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by putting AI agents to work alongside the practitioners who verify how the economy actually operates.
The profession is facing a structural capacity problem. CPA exam candidates are at a 17-year low, and as many as 75% of today’s CPAs are expected to retire over the next decade, while regulatory complexity and client expectations keep rising. We’re building the system that closes that gap.
We’ve raised over $125M from Growth Equity by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Thomson Reuters, Floodgate, and Y Combinator. More than half of the top-100 U.S. CPA firms are customers, including several Big 4 firms, and we have the NPS to match. Our agents help practitioners save up to 75% of time on manual tasks and unlock over 4x capacity.
We’re deliberate about how we operate. Our FFLOWI values (Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-Win, Inclusive) mean we launch fast and iterate to perfection, we solve problems without red tape, and we hold ourselves to 11-star experiences for customers who cannot afford to be let down.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations, you’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You’ll build the operating systems that help our product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and prove measurable impact for the firms betting their delivery model on us.
This is the first dedicated hire in this function. You’ll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives, and you’ll build from zero rather than inherit. If ambiguity slows you down, this isn’t the role.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize signal from engagement partners, managers, and staff auditors, along with Solutions, Implementation, and Sales, into product signals teams can act on
Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact i.e. dashboards, KPIs
Own the analysis behind major product bets: competitive positioning, where agent capabilities should expand next, and the unit economics of running agents at scale i.e. inference cost per engagement, cost-to-serve by segment, and what those trends imply for roadmap sequencing
Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals: planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews
Build run-of-business systems that scale as we grow i.e. launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Who You Are
6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
You’ve built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully, not just inherited and maintained them
Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data — usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals — into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs. You can pull the data yourself rather than waiting on a queue
Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority

Designs and launches a robo-advisory platform, selecting funds/ETFs, defining portfolio allocation logic, and serving as the public face of the investment strategy.
StartEngine is launching a full robo-advisory offering, converting our existing base of ~3,000 Private-fund clients onto a discretionary, algorithmically-managed platform built around a 50/30/20 portfolio philosophy. We’re hiring one person to build it: a working investment leader who has personally designed and run model portfolios before, not someone who has only managed a team that did.
This is a builder’s role, not a figurehead role. You’ll write the investment philosophy, select the actual funds and ETFs, define the allocation and rebalancing logic, and work directly with our engineering team to get it built and shipped. You will also be the named, public face of the strategy — in our regulatory filings, in client-facing materials, and in the pitch that convinces our existing clients to convert to advisory accounts.
Design and own the Investment Policy Statement and the 50/30/20 model portfolio framework across risk bands
Select and maintain the actual fund/ETF lineup using clear, defensible due-diligence criteria (cost, liquidity, tax efficiency, tracking accuracy)
Define the rebalancing and tax-loss-harvesting logic and work hands-on with our existing 14-person engineering team to translate it into working product — you write the spec, no separate team required
Serve as the named investment lead in our Form ADV and in client-facing and marketing materials
Partner with our General Counsel and existing compliance team to help them understand what’s different about running an RIA versus our existing broker-dealer and funding-portal businesses
Set the compliant talking points our licensed representatives will use when discussing advisory accounts with clients
Report directly to [CEO / President] with full ownership of the investment function
You have personally built and run model portfolios at a small-to-midsize RIA or robo-advisor — hands-on, not delegated
CFA charter or equivalent demonstrated track record; we care more about what you’ve shipped than the letters after your name
Working knowledge of modern portfolio theory, asset allocation methodology, and passive fund/ETF selection
Comfortable being publicly named as the face of an investment strategy, including in regulatory disclosures
Able to write product requirements an engineering team can build from directly, without a translator
Startup mindset: you’re building this function from scratch, not inheriting a department
A CIO who expects to hire a team before proving out the first version of the product
Someone whose experience is purely institutional or oversight-level, without hands-on portfolio-building work
A pure compliance or legal background — we have that covered; we need investment judgment
Delivers virtual adaptive physical education instruction to special education students in online public school settings.
