Marketing Stripe: Head of Self-Serve Paid Media

Leads Stripe's self-serve paid media strategy and team, managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across search, social, and video to drive efficient growth and revenue.

Lead Remote Posted about 20 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Remote in the US, Toronto, Remote in Canada

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's growth marketing team is responsible for driving efficient acquisition and activation of millions of businesses globally from solo founders to scaling startups. Paid media is a critical pillar of our self-serve acquisition strategy. The paid media team manages significant investment across search, social, video and other channels to acquire developers, founders, and operators who will build on Stripe. We partner deeply with growth, data science, analytics, data engineering, creative, finance and other marketers to deliver profitable growth via paid media.

What you’ll do

As Head of Self-Serve Paid Media, you will own and evolve Stripe's self-serve paid acquisition strategy, managing a team of 5-10 paid media experts and working cross-functionally with leaders across analytics, creative, product marketing, growth engineering, and finance. You'll be responsible for a substantial media budget and accountable for delivering efficient, scalable growth in signups, activations, and revenue. In this role, you'll own the long term strategy for how paid media delivers growth in Stripe’s self-serve business. You'll identify new channels and formats, build measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes, and develop your team into world-class practitioners. You'll partner closely with data science to advance our attribution and incrementality capabilities, and with internal and external creative partners to produce high-performing assets at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the self-serve paid media strategy end-to-end, including budget allocation, channel mix, and performance targets across search, social, display, video, and other channels
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of 5-10 paid media specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, craft, and growth
  • Drive measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency (ROAS, incremental activations) while scaling total investment
  • Partner cross-functionally with analytics, creative strategy, growth engineering, product marketing, lifecycle, and finance to maximize the potential impact of paid media
  • Improve the measurement capabilities: partner with data science to improve attribution modeling, incrementality testing (geo-holdouts, media mix models), and forecasting
  • Develop and manage the self-serve paid media budget, including pacing, forecasting, and executive reporting
  • Identify and scale emerging channels and formats
  • Represent paid media performance and strategy in leadership forums and to diverse stakeholders.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with at least 3 years leading a team
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale paid media budgets with accountability for business outcomes through to revenue (i.e. not just top of funnel)
  • Strong analytical foundation: understand attribution, incrementality testing, LTV and data-driven optimization
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
  • Track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams
  • Creative sensibility: you have a strong POV on what creative works best for each platform and the level of creative velocity and quality that is required
  • Experience working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, creative, and finance partners to deliver growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with self-serve or product-led growth models where paid media must drive not just leads but product activations
  • Background in international paid media strategy, including managing campaigns across multiple markets and languages
  • Experience building or advancing measurement capabilities such as media mix models, geo-based incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution systems
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture

Marketing Growth Marketing Manager, Ad Studio at Hightouch

Build and scale growth marketing channels for a new AI product, managing paid campaigns, lead generation, and funnel reporting to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Hightouch

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn’t previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino’s, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you’re energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build the revenue funnel for our new product: Ad Studio,  an AI-powered creative platform for performance marketing teams. It turns performance data, market trends, competitor activity, brand guidelines, and existing creative assets into on-brand ad concepts at scale. You’ll own the full growth marketing motion: paid ads, webinars, lead generation, and content that earns attention in the market.

If you’re an expert performance marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to build a revenue engine for a breakout product at a hypergrowth startup, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale growth channels for Ad Studio: Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Ideate and create lead magnets to anchor the funnel.
  • Measure everything: Build reporting on funnel conversion, CPL, and pipeline. Use the data to make decisions on budget distribution and future testing plans.
  • Move like a founder: Set your own roadmap, experiment often, and treat Ad Studio’s pipeline like it’s your own company’s.

What We’re Looking For

  • Performance marketing expertise: 5+ years running paid acquisition and demand gen at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Founder mentality: Your default is “I’ll go do it myself.” You’ve built programs from 0 → 1 and you’re energized by a blank slate.
  • Builder instincts: Hands-on with AI tools and curious to learn and build
  • Strong writing: You can write a blog post that takes a stance and earns attention, and ad copy that stops the scroll.
  • Analytical rigor: Deep comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. Ability to tell a story through data.
  • Hypergrowth appetite: You want the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that come with a breakout product at a fast-scaling startup.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience marketing to marketers, or a background in adtech, martech, or creative tooling.
  • Prior founder, founding marketer, or early-stage startup experience.
  • Familiarity with CDPs, data warehouses, or the modern data stack ecosystem.

If you’re excited about building the revenue engine for an AI product that’s redefining how ads get made, we’d love to hear from you.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we’ll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.

Marketing Revenue Marketing Lead at The Motley Fool

Leads revenue-generating marketing programs by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, designing targeted campaigns, and optimizing member experiences through testing and experimentation.

Lead Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who are we?

The Motley Fool is a purpose-driven financial services company on a mission to make the world smarter, happier, and richer. For 30 years we’ve been helping people make better investment decisions through transparency, education, and Foolish fun. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team that values high-quality work, curiosity, and initiative. We care deeply about what we do, and we’re driven by the impact our work has on real people’s financial futures.

What does this team do?

Our Member Marketing team helps grow the business by connecting more members with the products, tools, and experiences that can make them smarter, happier, and richer. We sit at the intersection of growth, experimentation, member insight, and marketing performance.

We’re looking for a Revenue Marketing Lead to own and grow one of our most important revenue-generating marketing programs, Always On. This role is directly accountable for business impact, with a strong focus on identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our existing member base.

What is “Always On”?

“Always On” means maintaining dynamic internal site ads, automated emails, targeted opportunities, and crafting experiences that deliver the right offers to the right members at the right time. This role is pivotal in driving significant revenue growth, with the zone projected to generate millions of dollars in campaign revenue. The right candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, eager to make a tangible impact on our company’s growth trajectory.

What would you do in this role?

This role is designed for a strategic, highly analytical B2C marketer who combines strong marketing instincts with experimentation rigor, systems thinking, and a willingness to get deep into the execution details. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, QA’ing, iterating, and optimizing systems and campaigns directly - not just setting strategy from afar.

We’re looking for someone who naturally asks questions like: Where is there untapped revenue? What does this member need next? What offer would resonate? How could we improve this conversion experience? What should we test?

You’ll use member behavior, campaign performance, and business insights to identify new revenue opportunities, develop marketing strategies to capture them, and test and optimize until you find what works.

More specifically, you would:

  • Own day-to-day Always On marketing across site ads, order pages, automated campaigns, and targeted member offers.
  • Identify and execute high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our existing member base.
  • Design and scale experimentation frameworks across lifecycle touchpoints, messaging, offers, timing, targeting, and channel strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to bring revenue-generating ideas to market.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, accelerate analysis, scale testing, optimize creative iteration, and enhance operational decision-making.
  • Identify the messaging, content themes, and offers that resonate most with members by combining performance data, market trends, and AI-assisted insights, then translate those learnings into clear direction for copywriters and creative partners.
  • Translate complex data and experimentation results into actionable business recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Help evolve segmentation strategy, personalization capabilities, and targeted marketing experiences across the member journey.
  • Work closely with experimentation tools, analytics environments, and machine learning-supported marketing platforms.
  • Build scalable workflows and processes that help successful marketing programs grow over time.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, revenue marketing, performance marketing, subscription marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role where marketing performance was directly tied to revenue, sales, conversion, or another meaningful commercial outcome.
  • Experience driving upsell, cross-sell, upgrades, repeat purchases, subscriptions, renewals, or other revenue growth from an existing customer base.
  • Experience owning multi-channel marketing programs, ideally including onsite placements, automated messaging, email, upgrade flows, testing programs, or other direct-response environments.
  • Strong marketer mindset with a willingness to work directly in the platforms, tools, workflows, and execution details that drive performance.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
  • High technical fluency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows, with experience using them to accelerate experimentation, improve marketing performance, and scale growth.
  • Strong direct-response instincts and understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Experience writing or optimizing marketing copy and messaging using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution without relying heavily on large support teams or specialized operators.
  • A strong interest in investing and personal finance. Experience in financial services, fintech, or investing is strongly preferred.
  • Prior people management is not required, but experience mentoring, coaching, or helping develop other marketers is a plus.

Lead Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.

About the Role

This is a foundational role for Chorus’s marketing team. We’re looking for a product marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation as we scale. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and our Behavioral Health Program teams to sharpen how we tell our story and help us win in-market.

This is a leadership role, structured as a player-coach model. You’ll enter as our senior marketing anchor. In this phase that means directly: driving product marketing, refining messaging, and leading sales enablement hands-on, while owning functional team growth, headcount planning, and contractor management.

Over time, you will help stand up specialized marketing sub-functions (e.g. demand generation, paid media, and content operations) and transition into managing the day-to-day marketing organization as it scales.

What You’ll be Doing:

Product Marketing & Strategic Positioning

  • Define and own Chorus’s core messaging, value propositions, and “Why Chorus” positioning across our Target Addressable Market (TAM) and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Partner with the CRO, CEO, VP of Product, and VP of Behavioral Health Programs to prioritize ICPs and align go-to-market strategies.
  • Map out the customer journey across pipeline stages, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including product sheets, ICP-tailored content, pitch assets, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Develop a competitive intelligence function, creating battlecards and ongoing differentiation strategies.

Team Building & Functional Leadership

  • Own the multi-year marketing growth plan, determining hiring priorities and sequence (e.g., demand generation, paid media, content operations).
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new FTE hires as the team expands.
  • Manage existing contractors (paid search, SME content, brand/content) and determine when to convert contract resources to full-time roles.
  • Manage and collaborate with our full-time Marketing Designer.
  • Establish the operating rhythm, process, and cross-functional reporting cadence for the marketing function.
  • Represent marketing in executive leadership discussions regarding resourcing, budget allocation, and strategic direction.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated track record of building positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement collateral in complex domains.
  • Background in behavioral health programs or government-regulated healthcare SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a marketing function within an early-stage, resource-constrained, high-growth environment.
  • Strong, concise writing ability with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset for initial individual contributor execution.
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience in demand generation/ growth marketing to effectively build and oversee that specialization

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

  • Engage with an exciting, fast-growing, and diverse group of coworkers dedicated to improving lives by breaking down technology barriers.
  • Work in a culturally rich environment that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all employees
  • Full medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits
  • 401K matching
  • Company stock options
  • Unlimited paid vacation
  • Performance bonuses
  • Company support for career and skill development
  • Fun company events and outings
  • Chorus is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion

Compensation Disclosure

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 in the Los Angeles market. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and may include additional components such as performance bonuses, stock options, and benefits.

Marketing Senior Manager, Content Marketing Nonprofits at GoFundMe.org

Lead content strategy and editorial direction for nonprofit audience, write flagship pieces, manage and mentor a content team, and align content with product launches and marketing goals.

Lead Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Want to help us help others? We’re hiring!

GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. By uniting individuals and nonprofits in one place, GoFundMe makes it easy and safe for people to ask for help and support causes—for themselves and each other. Together, our community has raised more than $40 billion since 2010.

Join us! The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for our next Senior Manager, Content Marketing to lead our content team at GoFundMe with a focus on our nonprofit audience. This person will shape our point of view and still find time to write some of our most-read pieces themselves.

Who you are:

You’ve built content teams before. You know what good looks like, you know how to get other writers there, and you’re on top of the cultural zeitgeist ensuring that our content strategy matches what the nonprofit industry is interested in. Original editorial ideas originate with you; AI is then used to accelerate their production and distribution, while the thinking, brand voice, and editorial judgment remain entirely your own.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Calendar

  • Lead nonprofit content strategy across our Global Go To Market organization in collaboration with our Events and Comms teams
  • Develop and maintain a clear editorial POV: what we cover, how we cover it, what we never touch, and why.
  • Keep a pulse on cultural and industry moments and move quickly to insert our voice into the conversations that matter, while steering clear of the ones that don’t.
  • Align content strategy with product launches, campaign priorities, and broader marketing goals.
  • Own the content calendar end-to-end, balancing thought leadership that builds brand and authority with pieces that credibly connect to pipeline — and tracking performance to both.

Writing & Editorial Leadership

  • Write and edit some of our highest-visibility content yourself — flagship pieces, cornerstone articles, and anything where our point of view needs to land with authority.
  • Set the editorial bar for the team when reviewing and elevating work across the team.

Team Building & Mentorship

  • Lead and grow a team of writers, providing structure, creative direction, and mentorship.
  • Build the processes and infrastructure that allow a content team to move fast without sacrificing quality: briefing templates, editorial workflows, review cycles, and contributor relationships.

Performance & Iteration

  • Track content performance across the metrics that matter — organic traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, and audience growth — and use what you find to refine our content strategy.
  • Know when a piece underperformed because of distribution and when it underperformed because of quality, and act accordingly.
  • Bring a point of view to channel strategy: where we publish, how we repurpose, and where we’re leaving reach on the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B content experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior editorial role.
  • A portfolio that covers thought leadership, long-form, and pieces with a clear, distinctive voice.
  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling a content function.
  • Procolivity for data and an opinion on whether or not we should use words like that.
  • Strong editorial instincts and the ability to give feedback that’s direct, specific, and actionable.
  • Comfort with performance analysis and a track record of using it to inform editorial decisions.
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and pipeline-connected content strategy in a SaaS environment.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Make an Impact: Be part of a mission-driven organization making a positive difference in millions of lives every year.
  • Innovative Environment: Work with a diverse, passionate, and talented team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking atmosphere.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a fun and collaborative team that works hard and celebrates success together.
  • Competitive Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
  • Holistic Support: Enjoy financial assistance for things like hybrid work, family planning, along with generous parental leave, flexible time-off policies, and mental health and wellness resources to support your overall well-being.
  • Growth Opportunities: Participate in learning, development, and recognition programs to help you thrive and grow.
  • Commitment to DEI: Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing initiatives and employee resource groups.
  • Community Engagement: Make a difference through our volunteering program.

We live by our core values: impatient to be great, find a way, earn trust every day, fueled by purpose. Be a part of something bigger with us!

  • Develop QBR and EBR templates in collaboration with CX leadership that help account teams tell a consistent value story.
  • Create one-pagers, email templates, and other customer-facing collateral that AMs can pull from at key moments in the account lifecycle.

  • Work with CX to identify the right customers for review asks and build repeatable workflows.
  • Monitor review volume, ratings, and response trends; report on program performance and iterate accordingly.

PMM–CX Bridge

  • Act as the connective tissue between PMM and CX, ensuring product positioning is reflected accurately in customer communications while staying grounded in what account teams actually hear from customers.
  • Participate in launch planning to represent the customer communications workstream.
  • Surface insights from account manager conversations and CX data that help PMM sharpen messaging and prioritization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record running review programs and building AM-facing enablement materials.
  • Exceptional writer who can translate product complexity into clear, concise customer communication.
